Heather McCarthy
Heather McCarthy is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist. She has many local, regional, and national wins. She has trained and competed numerous horses to the FEI level, as well as, riders to their bronze and silver medals. Heather has many horse of the year titles and many all breed wins. She has competed in the US national developing horses championships five times on three different horses. In 2013, she rode two horses in the developing horse championships and placed top 5 on both. Also, in 2013 Heather competed in the first ever US dressage finals on two different horses. She walked away with two US championship titles. One at 4th level and one at Prix St George, as well as, a 3rd place finish in the Intermediate 1. Heather has trained and cliniced with many top trainers including: Conrad Schumacher, Debbie McDonald, Scott Hassler, Heather Blitz, Lilo Fore, Hilda Gurney, Christine Traulig, and Jan Ebling. Brittany Burson
Brittany Burson is an FEI dressage rider and trainer who has earned her USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals on her self-trained horses. She has had numerous successes with Regional and National wins including a 3rd place finish in the Intermediare II at the US Dressage Finals in 2018. In 2015 and 2018, she participated in the USEF Young Horse and USEF Developing Horse Championships placing 12th both years. She has participated in clinics with Debbie McDonald, Jan Ebeling, Scott Hassler, Natalie Lamping, Janet Foy, Betsy Steiner, and Gerhard Politz. | Shelley Day
Shelley Day is a dedicated horse woman with over 30 years experience training, coaching and showing. As owner of Day Dressage, she has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of breeds and students over her many years. This experience allows her to help her students achieve their goals, whether in the show ring or developing a better relationship with their equine partner.
Shelley has always believed in continued education. She has had the privilege of working with many accomplished trainers over the years. Two of her most important mentors have been Kim and Yvonne Barteau. She was blessed to have spent 15 years under their guidance. A few other trainers she has worked with are Cathy Morelli, Albrecht Heidemann, George Williams and Gary Rockwell.
Shelley has also enjoyed success in the show ring. She has received the USDF bronze and silver medal and the USDF bronze and silver freestyle bar. She has also received numerous USDF Breed Awards. Shelley has competed through intermediaire 1 and is diligently working towards the Grand Prix.
